Attendance:
- All students are required to attend school assembly at 6:45 a.m.in summer and 7:45 a.m. in winter. Any one absenting from this assembly is to report to the Headmaster. In order to enable classes to commence punctually, all students are to be in school on time. Students coming late will get a 'Late' Stamp in their diaries. Parents are requested to ensure that their wards are on time for school. If coming late becomes a habit then the student's parents will be sent for. Please note that if a student has a late stamp for three days in the same month s/he will be sent with a note.
- Pupils are not permitted to leave the school premises during school hours without the written permission (Gate Pass) of the Headmaster. No student will be released with the parents without parent's card.
- Normally leave is not granted on working days except in exceptional circumstances and with the written permission of the Headmaster.
- Should a student be absent for one or two days, parents are required to assign reasons in the school diary. Should a student be absent for 3 days or more, a note shall be forwarded to the Headmaster. In cases of illness a medical certificate given by the registered medical practitioner is required. Prior notice should be given if absence is necessary beyond three days.
- A student who fails to attend school on first or last day of term or of a school year is liable to for faith is place if prior notice has not been given.
- Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, negligence of homework, disobedience and disrespect towards teachers or bad moral influence, justifies suspension or dismissal.
- Students must put in a minimum attendance of 80% of total working days.
- The school is a non-political educational institution. It remains neutral to any call for strike. On a school day or exam day if 80 percent of the children reach the school there will be regular activity. As maximum students come to school by school buses, the parents are requested to contact the bus owners or drivers and know the situation and accordingly take the decision
